I have been with Rice Creek Animal Hospital since they came to Lino lakes...and have brought 7 animals there over the years...when my cat Karma, was diagnosed with lymphoma..he was given 2 to 8 weeks...Rice Creek gave me 4 and half months with him....Also my other cat WHISPER ...lost 7 ponds and almost didnt make it...but their vets...didnt give up/in Whisper had a blockage...and that vet Found it! Whisper is almost 19 years old now...and absolutely loved dr. Isaac....thank you again for everything you have done for my animals ❤️
Dr. Heidi and her team are phenomenal. We came to Rice Creek after our previous vet closed, and the staff have been nothing but amazing to work with. You can tell they take the time to know each of their patients and what care will work best for them. She gave us several options for how to proceed with our dog’s care and made sure we were educated on all of them before choosing. We are so glad that they are the ones taking care of our dog and we will be going here for as long as we live in the area!
We LOVE Rice Creek Clinic and all of the Drs and staff! Dr Katie helped us go through a very difficult time with my terrier, when he was attacked by a large owl. Her compassion, understanding, and attention in that situation and every one since only reinforces how incredible she is and how impressed we are by her!
The staff and other doctors are welcoming and helpful, and always willing to explain costs and offer care choices without pressuring you. It’s an amazing clinic!
Dr. Phillips and the team take such great care of my cat Sabine aka Beaner. I greatly appreciate how Dr. Phillips and the techs have gotten to know her, pet her and make her feel more confortable in clinic. She is very special and has gone through a lot with surgery. Greg is thorough and treats Beaner very kindly. It means a lot. Thank you to everyone who is helping with her care.
All of the staff from the front desk to the Veterinarians have been wonderful! We had an elderly dog that they were able to help increase her quality of life dramatically and explained in detail the markers we should look for to keep her happy and out of pain. We also have a young dog that we started with them as a puppy. They know all about her more rare breed and seem just as impressed with her as we are! It’s so nice to see they appreciate our special family members almost as much as we do!
